Apps Court Farm, KT12 2EG

Park & Ride

We are arranging a park & ride service for the festival.

Nearest Train Link

Hampton Court, Staines and Addlestone train station are our nearest stations with convenient bus links to the site, as well as adequate places to arrange a taxi pick up/drop off.

Taxi Availability

There will be a taxi rank at site. Due to the expected popularity of the festival, we cannot guarantee that there will always be a surplus of availability of vehicles to use, so please bear this in mind when considering this option.

Car Park & Sat Nav Postcode

On site there will be parking available for use with a £1 donation going to Feasty Community projects. Our car parks will be monitored daily by a car park team. However, Feasty Fest holds no responsibility for loss or damage of vehicles and goods.

Please use the postcode KT12 2EG to navigate to the festival, but once you see yellow event signs as you approach the destination follow these to the correct parking.

Your Safety

Looking out for You

FeastyFest Group have worked tirelessly with local authorities and the police to make this event happen. We promote social distancing and have implemented numerous measures to make sure the event is safe for all. Please help us keep everyone safe in these times by wearing face coverings when prompted to indoors.

  • Try to eat at least one hot meal a day and drink enough non-alcoholic drinks, being dehydrated makes you more prone to feeling tired/irritable and having headaches.
  • There are FREE drinking water points around the arena and within the family area. It really can’t be over stressed – make sure you drink plenty of water.
  • If it’s really hot, stay in the shade as much as possible, use sun-block and cover up exposed skin to prevent painful burning and sun stroke with its flu like systems.
  • Do not feel pressured into drinking excessively. You know what your limit is and what you are comfortable with – don’t let anyone make you feel you should be doing something you don’t want to.

Be Safe

  • Stay in groups and be tolerant of people slowing you down. Just enjoy going with the flow.
  • If you are a victim of crime, contact festival security or the police immediately. Report any incident, even near-misses as soon as possible, you may help others by doing so.
  • Remember, alcohol or drugs can affect your ability to make safe judgements.

Ear Defence

Music can be particularly loud to children, so if you plan to get close to the stage with our live performers on, we advise you bring suitable ear defence for your children. Please note Big Feasty will not provide these at the event.

Your Valuables

Unfortunately, festivals can sometimes attract petty thieves or opportunists so please be aware of this and ensure you look after any valuables that you have to take with you and please don’t leave valuables on display in your car.

Disabled Access

We are working to make Big Feasty as accessible as possible. However, Big Feasty is an outdoor event on a farm that could pose problems for mobility (particularly in wet weather).

A carers ticket is free when accompanying a full paying adult or child with ticket. To obtain a carers ticket you must provide evidence or proof you are the chosen persons carer; through a written letter from a GP, carer pass, Blue Badge, or disability living allowance letter. One of these pieces of evidence must be present upon your entrance to the festival site.

Free tickets will be provided for carers and personal assistants for standard adult ticket holders with physical and mental difficulties. For those with child and teen tickets, a free carer or personal assistant ticket shall also be provided free of charge, but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (such adult ticket holder may be the carer or personal assistant).

Disabled Parking

Free disabled parking is available on site; signage will clearly direct you to the disabled parking area where you will present your valid blue badge in order to gain access.

  • Please apply through eventbrite to book your tickets and apply for your carer or personal assistant ticket. You will need to show a copy of your current DLA letter or copies of appropriate supportive medical documentation for qualification when arriving on site
  • Accessible toilets throughout the site.
  • Disabled Parking (you will need to have your blue badge on display).
  • Stewards to help with any difficulties that may arise over the Day
  • If you have any other accessibility queries, please email
